STATEMENT

Scenographic and cultural productions begin with a decision about what must exist and what cannot be compromised. My work as a producer is rooted in taking that decision seriously and carrying it through reality. Informed by Design Thinking, I work from concept first, with an invisible architecture in place that allows artistic ideas to unfold freely. Production, in this sense, is not a corrective force, but a commitment to protect ambition while making it feasible.
I work where ideas exceed standard formats and hence require specific production logics. Rather than adapting concepts to existing systems, I develop processes, collaborations, and funding structures that respond to projects’ inherent needs. This often means resisting premature optimisation and allowing complexity to unfold before it is stabilised. My responsibility lies in holding this complexity while at the same time maintaining a stable environment where creative experts can unfold with clarity, precision, enjoyment and purpose.
My background in scenographic design and media management allows me to navigate confidently between aesthetics and logistics, content and context. I am interested in how cultural productions can be both meaningful and economically sustainable, and I understand that management is not the opposite of creativity but one of its enablers.
